JPG Magazine is participating in a show at Musée de l’Elysée in Lausanne, Switzerland. We Are All Photographers Now! is a show about “the rapid mutation of amateur photography in the digital age.” They just love anything that has to do with mutants.
JPG select 20 photos from among the most favorited images on the site, and the photographers kindly agreed to participate. They’ll be printed, framed, and hung in the show.
The JPG wall will also include a flat panel LCD displaying a slideshow of excellent photos from the community. If a photographers photo has been favorited a few times, chances are it’ll be in the slideshow! The photos will be shown on a projector in the gallery. And once a week, 100 photos will be chosen at random, printed, hung for a week, and added to the museum’s permanent collection.
So if you go and see any of mine, please take a picture and send it to me or just let me know how it went. More photos will be coming soon so keep a look out!
